Terms & Conditions

Encompass New Opera Theatre’s health and safety protocols follow local government, CDC, and State of New York guidelines. Our goal is to keep our patrons, staff, artists, and the community safe while presenting live musical theatre as safely as possible.

We ask our patrons to agree to follow all COVID-19 safety protocols as determined by Encompass at the time of the event. As public health conditions and COVID-19 safety protocols for live entertainment continue to change, we remain flexible and will adapt to the applicable health protocols. These protocols may change between the time you purchase your ticket and the date of the event. The protocols include:

  • Encompass New Opera Theatre requires our patrons, performers, and staff to show proof of full Covid-19 vaccination.

    • For proof of vaccination you can use the Covid-19 vaccination card, a NYC issued vaccination record, the NYC COVID Safe App, the Excelsior Pass App, or the Excelsior Pass Plus App.

  • Masks must be worn by patrons inside the event, except while eating or drinking in their designated locations.

  • If you are not feeling well, please remain at home.

By entering an Encompass New Opera Theatre event, patrons assume all risks associated with entering a place of public gathering and voluntarily waive any and all claims and potential claims against Encompass New Opera Theatre relating to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness.
