Inspired by his Indigenous roots and deep family ties in El Salvador, and the emotional impact of the displacement of native cultures, Oswaldo Iraheta, gathered music from Central and South America, Italy, and North America, into a collage exploring his and his family's immigrant journey.
The songs, Nube, Misterio, Ángel, Why Can't I Let You Go, El Nido, Polo, By the River, and Ideale evoke memories and emotions as he strolls through a beautiful park. The music and nature reveal deep reflections of the wisdom he inherited from his ancestors, and restores a sense of his own truth and purpose. His dream is woven from the beauty and strength of his family, the country he loves so well, while living in a new land of possibility.
